According to the legal system of Ethiopia, the General Assembly has 16 members who are the final authority of the organization. The General Assembly meets once a year, and also have elected 5 members onto the Board of Directors. The Board is the second level of authority, more involved in the close direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meet every quarter and have the power to appoint and dismiss the General Manager of the organization. The General Manager is also accountable to them.

Currently, and for a period of 4 years, members of the Board of Directors are:

2. Samuel Ayalew – Vice-Chairperson
3. Dr. Jember Tefera
4. Samuel Mihretu
5. Hibret Chaneyalew  
     
The members of the Board are volunteers bringing with them their professions and expertise in guiding the organization planning and implementation, designing policies and guidelines. Among the five members, we have many years of experienced in the areas of Urban work, professions in development, financial management, lawyer, etc.
