Bethelehem Tadesse is a counsellor in the team and has also taken on the role of organizing and facilitating the medical support given to the women.

The health condition of the women is ALWAYS very delicate, and HIV/AIDS is one of the big problems they face, and some of them need to learn to have to live with. Betty has a heart for the problem and has practically taken the initiative to be more involved in organizing the whole medical support given to the women.

Other than the experience she has through the years in counselling, she also has taken courses on HIV/AIDS counselling, and works very closely with Dr. Fird-awok, who has been volunteering an afternoon a week to assist the girls on the project.

Betty is married and a mother of one.
