Amelework Yilma is our Skill-Training and marketing officer.
The second phase in our rehabilitation process is skill training and job finding. To select the special skills training for the year, Amele does market research and talks with the girls to determine future opportunities. Once the specific interest areas and skills are identifies, she is responsible to look for the personnel to give/facilitate the specific training.

She also is responsible for giving business teaching and organizing various people to come and teach the women on issues like Personal Motivation and Goal Setting, Work Ethics, Employee-Employer Relationships, Time Management and all areas of life skills.

She is a very motivated and creative person. Every time the girls are demonstrated training in specialised skills, she takes the training with them so as to guide them towards gaining employment and a better future.

Amele is a mother of two.
